Basic sea condition reading: waves, currents, wind, and choosing entry and exit points.

Breathing rhythm and energy-efficient floating: reducing panic and oxygen consumption.

Mask water ingress/expulsion, fin kicking efficiency, formation, and companion support.

Reef area behavior rules: no trampling, no chasing, no touching.

Observing the sea to "understand": wildlife distance, habitat, and human disturbance.
